He heads a team of over 1029 employees. He is an ISO 9001-2008 Lead Auditor who is responsible for commencing this practice in the company. As Marketing Director at Lynx, his goal is to provide cost-effective and client-focussed solutions with state-of-the-art scientific and engineering instruments. Clients include ISRO, railways, collieries, oil industries, engineering and other educational institutes, quality control and research institutes, construction, and more. With a constant focus on design and innovation through Lynx Technical Development Service Centers, he ensures that this team is updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Mendonsa Foundation
On many countless occasions, he has helped people get jobs, LPG cylinders, college admission, and even sponsored their education. For the past 10 years, as a trustee, he has been actively involved in social service through the Foundation to provide career guidance programs to the youth and provide them with job opportunities. In collaboration with ABMMS (A German Trust), his goal is to enable cleft palates correction surgeries for 5000 children in India.
